Newtown Junior B team continued on their winning way with a 0-11 to 1-06 win over Avondale in Division 4NE on Thursday last. This win keeps Newtown in joint top position in the league. The Senior team had no league match this week, but travelled to Rathvilly in Carlow for a challenge match. This game ended on 10 points apiece.
