Congratulations to our JunB team who won the North East league by defeating Avondale 4.06 to 1.13
Jim Hunter and Robert Doyle done most of the scoring. This is a great achievement for these lads as
they have been one of the most consistent teams in the county over the last number of years.

Our Intermediate team drew with Kilcoole in the championship on Sunday. We played well and maybe should have won
if everything was fair. Score 1.12 each with Johnny Byrne kicking 8pts. Richard Kavanagh was taken to hospital
after an injury in the game but glad to say he's alive and well. We're still in with a good chance of progressing
in this championship.

Saturday saw a huge crowd in Aughrim as Wicklow were unlucky to lose to Meath. But Meath took all their chances and
enjoyed a freak goal. If Wicklow could have played like this all year they'd be playing Div3 football next year.
Hard luck to Harry and the boys, next off to Armagh, nice one!

Saturday morning coaching continues each and every saturday at 11 o'clock.

Congratulations to Mr and Mrs Warren Gormley on the birth of baby Lottie Glynn Gormley.

The would like to extend its sympathy to the Lynham family Laragh on their recent tragic loss.
