Our Juniors were out of luck again on Thursday last where with a very weak penalty they lost to Stratford. On Thursday next they will play Valleymount away. They will meet in Donard at 6.30pm and they are inviting anyone in the area who wants to play Junior Football to get yourself down to the village by 6.30.
Another new winner of the monthly Golf outing played in Tulfarris on Saturday last. John Owen with 31 points came in first with Dick Curran second, Peter Lawless was third with Larry Daly fourth and Liam Toomey fifth. Dick Curran also won the 2's Club.
Wicklow U14 girls won the Leinster "C" Final last week in Athy beating Wexford. On Saturday last they won the All Ireland Final beating Limerick in the final. Cloe Dwyer, Aoife Grace, and Lisa Lawler represented our Club.
The winning numbers for last week's lotto were 6, 13, 22 and 23. The was no winner of the €10,900 and there was 5 winners of the €40 match three, Sarah Smith, Emily & Fay, Niamh Walshe, Mary Maguire and Sheena Byrne. Tweet
