Well done to Wicklow U14 who won the Leinster Final especially to our own Emma Reid, Ellen Quinn, Shona O Connor & Amy Ryan. Our Adult ladies had a great win over Cumann Na Mara, some great scores and some dreadful misses,but a win is a win Girls.The girls beat Clara also this week with some great performances and well taken scores.Junior A will play Bray away on Tues 22nd at 7.30pm. Our Seniors will play Baltinglass at home Friday night at 7.30pm. Our Junior C team had a heavy defeat to Baltinglass and Dunlavin during the week and they will play Hollywood on Thursday next at 7.30pm at home.Birthday wishes to Mick O Rourke, Edel Finnegan,Lily Eustace. Our Club Lotto will be held in Hennessy's on Tues 22nd may with Jackpot at €6400 so make sure to get your tickets returned to Michael Sargent or Chris O Connor before 9pm Tuesday. Best of luck to Wicklow who play Meath in the Leinster Champ in Dr Cullen Park Carlow, so please get down and support the County lads and our own club lads Barry Murphy, Anthony & Michael Mc Loughlin. Hard luck to Wicklow Minors who were beaten by Westmeath in the Leinster quarter final especially our own lads. Our U14A team played away to Enniskerry/Kilmac last Wednesday and won convincingly with a scoreline of 4-13 to 1-01. Next up is St Kevin's at home on 30 May. Our U14 Baile Coimin team played their game last Friday at home v Ashford and lost on a scoreline of 4-12 to 2-01. Our U12s travel away to Tinahely on Monday 21 May and the U16 match away to Baltinglass which was to be played on the same night has been postponed due to exams.The next U16 match will be at home to St Pats on Monday 25 June. Hard luck to the Wicklow minors who played in the Leinster Minor Quarter Final and lost by 3 points to Westmeath last Saturday in Aughrim. Well done to Tomo, Kyle, Mikey, Ian and Daragh. The hurling Go Games was held in Blessington last Friday with teams from Dunlavin, Stratford/Grangecon, Hollywood and Ballymore Eustace taking part.The football Go Games will be held in Stratford/Grangecon this Saturday 26 May with teams from Blessington, Kilbride/Lacken and Coolboy taking part.
