Dunlavin Gaa had great success on the field this week with both of our adult teams winning in their perspective leagues, firstly on Thursday evening our Juniors pulled of a great second half performance to see off a tough Lacken side on a score of 2.15 to 4 points in Division 4 west league in Lacken, then on Saturday evening or Intermediate team really made a statement with a spirited performance defeating Coolkenno in Coolkenno on a score of 4.09 to 1.08 in the Division 2 League, a much closer match than the scoreline suggests as Coolkenno pushed Dunlavin all the way to the final whistle but Dunlavin with good mix of youth and experience on the field pulled off the result, we must now push on from this, next up is Shillelagh in 2 week's time and our Juniors will play Blessington next Thursday night at home.

A great mornings activity on Saturday last when we hosted a Go Games blitz, Dunlavin had 4 teams participating and they played extremely well, thank you to all of the parents who helped out afterwards, also well done to our u12 team who had an excellent win last Monday against Carnew, this was a great team performance.

Operation Transformation continues to grow with fantastic numbers now participating! Its not too late to join in! simply contact any committee member if you are interested in the fun! Well done to all as they continue to work hard to increase their fitness.

The Gaa club are running a fun field day for all on the Dunlavin Green in Tandem with Dunlavin arts festival weekend, more details to follow for what should be a very exciting and wacky event! With fun and craic for all age groups!
