Minor hurlers face Westmeath
August 05, 2010
The Wicklow minor hurlers have home advantage this Saturday as they take on Westmeath this Saturday in the All-Ireland 'B' quarterfinal.
Preparations for this match have been mixed and a fact that a number of the players involved with the minor team will also be lining out for their clubs in the senior football championship means that there could well be a conflict of interests.
Wicklow will be up against it regardless as they face a Westmeath side that pushed Offaly all the way in the Leinster championship and that have been making huge strides at underage level in recent years.
