On Saturday the semi-final of the Junior B Championship takes place in Arklow at 4:30pm.  Lets cheer on the lads for this one and help them book a place in the final.  Another semi-finalist this week is the under 12 team who beat Annacurra/Aughrim last Saturday by a few points so well done to Denis and his team of helpers.  The under 16s played two matches last week and were unlucky to lose by only a few points in both games.  On Wednesday they met St Pats and our side missed several chances in the second half to let the town side win by three points in the end.  On Saturday our lads made the long journey to Carnew and this time played poorly in the first half and even though it was all one-way traffic for Roundwood in the second period they again couldn't get enough shots between the posts.  Ian Hamilton got some brilliant scores throughout with Mikie Doyle and Steffan Collier popping over some fine points too but six points separated the sides at the end.  If you are over sixteen and interested in doing an introductory course or Level 1 course please contact Eileen Molloy immediately.
