Division 1 League 24/04/16.
Unfortunatly we are still searching for our first win in this league that will hopefully kick us in to gear as we went down narrowly to Athlone last Sunday. This
was a very tight game and we can again feel very unlucky to loose this one as we had the lead with minutes remaining only to let it slip and loose by one point
in the dying seconds. Goals win games and had one of either Luke or Theo's efforts hit the onion bag we may have got the win here but credit must go to the Athlone 
Goalkeeper also. It definatly does feel like a missed oppurtunity but the lads must knuckle down now for the next round and get that win we need. Boidu, Andy, and 
Theo all put in a good shift but David Dude McCormack really stood out and gets the the nod for man of the match here. 
The game finished Rosemount 0.11 to Athlone 1.9.

IFC Championship 17/04/16. 
We headed for Miltown for the first round of this years intermediate championship against Miltownpass. We got off to a great start and were
up by 3 points to no score in the first ten minutes. Miltownpass then settled and hit the back of the net to get things going on there end. 
It remained a tight affair until half way through the second half when two unanswered points from Declan Mullen was followed by a goal from Theo Watts. 
In the latter stages Declan Mullen converted a Penalty to kill the game off and win on a scoreline of 2:16 to 1:9. Boidu Sayeh and Declan Mullen stood out but 
corner forward David Tone was in fine form and gets the nod here. It is great to get off to a winning start in this years championship and all support is 
appreciated for the next round.
