Underage Training
U10s train on Tuesday evenings @ 7pm . U12/U14s train on Tuesday evenings @ 7pm and on Saturday evenings from 5-6pm. All new members welcome. 

Underage Fixtures
U10 - Blitz in Cusack Park on Thursday 9th April @5.30pm, please meet at the pitch @ 5pm.
U12 - Weds 8th April vs St Earnans @ 6.30pm in Castlepollard.
U14 - Thurs 9th April vs Fr. Daltons @ 6.30pm in Castlepollard.

Membership
Membership for 2015 is now due : €30 for adults, €50 family, €20 for OAPs, and €10 for minors and younger. Players whose membership is not up to date are not insured to train or play with the club. Payments can be made to any of the club officers.

Senior League
Our Senior hurlers had their first outing in the League on Sunday last.  They recorded a very convincing win over St Oliver Plunketts, in Castlepollard on a scoreline of Pollard 1-21 to 1-08. In excellent conditions for hurling Pollard dominated the first half and took a well deserved 1-11 to 0-04 half time lead with the goal comming from the stick of full foward JP Murrary. In the second half Pollard gained a strong foothold around midfield thanks to good performances from K. Brazil and P.Dermody, scoring a further 0-10 to Plunketts 1-04.

Bingo
Our weekly Bingo continues every Sunday night at 8.30pm in the Hurling Complex.  There was no winner of the Main Jackpot of  €15,000 last Sunday night.  Our 2nd Jackpot of €2,300 was not won and now stands at €2,400. 
A big thank you to Anne and Eamonn Brady,The Square, Castlepollard who sponsored all of the spot prizes for the Easter Sunday night Bingo.

Condolences
Condolences to the  family of Mary-Josephine (Maisie) FAGAN (née Murray) Tromra, who died on Wed. 8th October.  To her family Richard, Michelle, Bernadette and Kieron, relatives and friends we offer our deepest sympathy. May she rest in peace.
