Ballycomoyle club notes

March 02, 2015

Ádh mór

Ádh mór agus gach dea-ghuí to Grainne Healy who will represent Bal in next weekend's Scor. Grainne has written her own hilarious recitation based on Operation Transformation. Her original work and comic timing mean that Grainne will be a great hope for provincial and national honours for Ballycomoyle. Thanks to all our Scor participants on their hard work and excellent performances last weekend.

Important win for Ballycomoyle

Once more, Ballycomoyle have won the prestigious Eugene Daly Memorial Cup, which honours the best club participation in Scor and is based on number of entries and the standard of entries. The cup was presented by Carmel Doherty, wife of the late Eugene Daly to Michael Fagan, Siobhan Murphy, Catherine Daly, Culture Officer, and John Smith Chairman.
