Lotto Results
There was no winner of last weekends lotto jackpot of 14,600. Numbers drawn were 8,10,17,18. The following people matched three numbers and each received €50: Jonathan Sheridan pro Gerry Sheridan, Catherine Sheridan pro Johnnycake Ryan, Marian Cusack pro Bethlehem. Aidan Maher pro Liam Maher. Promoters prize went to Sean Sheridan.
Senior Championship.
Our senior team have to do it all again on Wednesday evening in Cusack Park at 6 15 pm after their quarter final game against Mullingar Shamrocks finished in a draw. Tyrrellspass got off to the worst possible start and were 1-1 down after 4m. This was the way it would stay with Tyrrellspass trailing in this game right up to the very last minute when a Ger Egan free drew the sides level to leave the final score Tyrrellspass 0-11 to Mullingar Shamrocks. 1-8. Ladies All-Irelands
We will be running a bus from Tyrrellspass up to Croke Park on September 28th. Can anyone interested in a place on the bus please contact Bernie, Sheelagh or any committee member. Our own clubmate Ciara Scally will be playing with New York in the Junior final on the day.
