Congratulations to Mel Kiernan and Fiona Fennell on their marriage last Friday. Mel is a mainstay of our intermediate team while Fiona is our Scor coordinator. Wishing you long life and happiness together.

The late Lar Coffey

Sympathy is extended to the Coffey family on the death of Lar, late of Coffey's Shop, Upper Main Street. Lar's son David was a talented player with us in the 1980s, while his grandson Lorcan also lined out for the club at underage level. May he rest in peace.

Underage

Well done to our U10s who took part in a blitz in Bunbrosna last Saturday morning.

Pupils of Scoil an Chlochair also played their counterparts from Ballinagore and Streamstown in a blitz in Kilbeggan last Wednesday. The games were refereed by sixth class pupils.

Training for U6s, U8s, U10s as well as for U12 girls continues every Thursday from 6.15-7.30pm.
