Sympathies

The club extends their deepest sympathies to the Doolin family, Mullingar on the death of Tom last week. Also, to the L’Estrange family on the death of Pat during the week also. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a n-anamacha.

Best Wishes

The extend their best wishes to former Chairman Frank (Fuzz) Kiernan on his retirement last week. We wish a long, healthy, happy retirement. Also, to Joe Clarke and his wife Ciara on the birth of their baby boy Finn last week. Congratulations to all.

Membership

The club membership for this year is €20 for adults and €10 for students. This covers your insurance on the pitch for players and on the walking track for non-players, alongside also including your entry into our All-Ireland Final tickets draw.

Table Quiz and Awards Night

We are hosting our Annual Table Quiz and Awards Night on the 22nd of February in the Drake Inn. Time TBC. On the night, Senior and Young Player of the Year will be awarded, also Club Person of the Year will be announced. So, save the date!!

Lotto

The winning numbers this week were 1,2,21, and 25. There was no Jackpot winner. Jackie Jackson had 3 numbers. Promotor prize went to Gerry Whelan. Next week’s jackpot is €11,000 in Brennan’s.

Ireland Lights Up!

The Camogie Club in conjunction with Operation Transformation and Ireland Lights Up are organsing a community walk on the new track in the local GAA grounds on Thursday night at 7.30pm. The camogie club hope everyone will join them over the next few weeks. It is running until the 21st of February and there will be a cuppa after the walk too!

National Football Leagues.

It’s that time of year again when we predict the winners of the National Leagues. They commence on 26th of January, and sheets will be available from all local business.

Lilliput Gaels AGM

The AGM of Lilliput Gaels will take place on Thursday 17th in the clubhouse at 9pm.
