The Nire captain Shane Ryan believes that they produced the 'ultimate team performance' in their Munster club SFC win over Ballylanders.

The Waterford champions recorded a comfortable win over their Limerick counterparts and Ryan feels that they got everything right on the day.

"I think it was the ultimate team performance," Ryan told the Waterford News & Star. "There was no one player that stood out. Conor played well in the first half and we were kind of surprised with the space we were allowed in the full forward line after dropping Liam out.

"We're just delighted that we got an overall team performance. I think this is our best performance to date. We are really giving Munster a lot of attention and hopefully we will push on for the Cratloe game."
