Once again it was a double weekend as we had action in both the National hurling and football leagues.

Both have provided us with some excellent entertainment so far and today was to be no different as there was some eagerly awaited clashes down for decision.

Last night, we saw wins for Dublin, Monaghan, Tipperary and Fermanagh in their respective divisions and who joined them this afternoon?

Already, we had a fair idea of who is looking to the knockout stages of promotion and relegation as the leagues continue to entertain.

There was action throughout the day as some games began at 12.30pm and the last of which threw in at 3pm.

With the beast from the east on its way this week, this is possibly the last action we see for a while, so make sure to log on to our live text commentary to follow the games as they happened.
