All Ireland Ticket Raffle
The club held a very successful raffle over the bank holiday weekend for a pair of tickets to the All-Ireland hurling final in Croke Park on September 6th. The draw was held in the Man of Aran, Rayners Lane, and the lucky winner was Galway man Alan Smyth, who is also a member of the Granuaile club. The club would like to thank all those who took part and bought tickets to support the club.

Last Man Standing
We have had a great response to our Last Man Standing competition, with entries closing last weekend, and the first round of games has already seen 60 participants eliminated. Details of the competition will be posted on the club's Twitter account as the games progress.

Senior Hurling
After a hectic August full of championship action we now have a short break until our final group match, fixed for September 12th, against Brothers Pearse. The beginning of the month saw us play out an exciting 2-13 apiece draw with St. Gabriels, which followed a Round 1 loss to Kilburn Gaels back in April. However we returned to winning ways with good victories over Cú Chulainns and Seán Treacys in rounds 3 and 4, which put us in a strong position ahead of our final group match. Kevin McMullan and his management team of Mark Traynor, Denis Costello and Fergus McMahon have been doing great work keeping the lads on their toes in training and will be sure to step up efforts as this year's exciting championship enters the knock-out phase.
