Warwickshire are the Allianz Hurling League Division 3B champions
Warwickshire are the Allianz Hurling League Division 3B champions after seeing off Fermanagh by 1-18 to 1-13 in Ederney this Easter Sunday afternoon.
The Exiles produced a powerful first-half display and, despite conceding a Danann McKeogh goal in the run up to half-time, went on to take in a 0-12 to 1-5 lead at the break.
The points of Eamonn Brannigan and Dan Lowry maintained the visitors four-point advantage after the turnaround and a goal from Luke Hands saw them with one hand on the trophy with 15 minutes to go.
Ciaran Duffy and Luca McCusker pulled back points for Fermanagh, but through Jack Grealish, Brannigan and David Devine (free) Warwickshire were able to land the points that cemented them the title.
