Any word of a time or venue for this game?

The date will probably change too.

I don't expect the game to be at our County ground either. There is probably an U10 game or something at Healy park which will take presedent

Finals now only a few days away and as usual, not a mention in local papers/media. Teams still not even sure if Omagh Venue is confirmed or not for Sunday.
Still, County Board happy to have their Football fixtures sorted for the next few weeks, i'm sure they'll get Hurling squeezed in somewhere.

good game last night. dungannon were far ahead of naomh colmcille is fitness, team play and skill. some good passages of play. what was the story with no referee turning up? the stand in referee done a very good job, let the game flow, a few other referees could learn a thing or two from him about letting the game go. well done to dungannon, first ever senior treble won. good year for the lads.

Good win for Dungannon last night, seems that Colmcille fans have counted their chickens before they hatched this year with some of the talk on here earlier in the year. Seems to have been a good finish to the hurling year in the County. Anyone care to hazard a starting County 15 they would like to see next year?

It's a very dangerous game predicting a season on an internet forum, especially when the general consensus within the Hurling fraternity in the County was that Dungannon after last years shambles were set for a spectacular demise. (How wrong were they!!!!) We got it right on the pitch, that's the only place that counts.
As for the County team next year, it's a step up from last year, especially Championship wise as being in the Nicky Rackard. It would be wrong to pick a team based on Championship form this year as some players whom would believe they are worth their place failed to deliver. The County management needs to go back to the old system of trials, to give everyone with that ability their fair chance.
This seems to be a topic you regularly push on this forum Geoff. You must have played well at some stage this year and fancy seeing your name on the big screen.

Have an interest in hurling in the County when I get a chance to get away from the rigours of coaching under-age football with the club. I played club hurling until about 10 years ago but never made it to County level. Just feel that the County has a lot of talent that if harnessed properly could be moulded into a very competitive team at Nicky Rackard/Chrisy Ring level. The work done in Carrickmore and Dungannon at under-age over the past few years is unreal, and there seems to be exciting times ahead.
