Tyrone Minors 2012

(Oldest Posts First)

Firstly hard luck to Omagh CBS! Some played well & some didn't i.e the ones that were dropped at the early stages of the minor trials and then re-called. Maybe now the Tyrone minor selectors might find the time to watch a few vocational school games (Holy Trinity, Dean Maguirc, St Ciarans & Omagh College) make a few recalls & hopefully win something this year.

Bit harsh there, people can just have a bad day. I wouldnt say theres to many who are not on the squad who are overly deserving of being on it

Tyrone gave two bad goals away..the first a hoof into the box aided a nudge but poor to lose - the last was slapstick involved slips and rebounds - unfortunate but avoidable.
Felt sorry for young Mark Bradley he led the line brilliantly winning his own ball as well as converting - a real prospect for us and hopefully one of the forwards that will shine at senior level shortly as we have a dearth of natural scorers currently.

hard luck lads beaten by a good meath team. i'd fancy a lot of those minors to make an impact for you at u21.

Can only see Mark Bradley making any sort of impact from this team at under 21 level. The rest of the big players on this team under performed all year and cant really see them making much of an impact on the under 21 panel this year.

Can't agree with you legend . Daire Martin - Sean Hackett- Kieran McGeary and James McGahan could all easily move up a grade more to come from this panel watch and see!

Mark Bradley is the only one who i think can make an impact at the higher grade. McGeary, McGahan, Martin, Brennan and Hackett played well at times, but didnt show enough the whole season to show me they can play much of a part for under 21s this year.
