Sean Cavanagh's Claims

(Oldest Posts First)

So Sean Cavanagh claims a Cavan opponent spat in his face and bit him. He's so sure this happened that he mentioned the name of. . .nobody. . .in his book.

He's obviously squeaky clean like the rest of Tyrone GAA. So we should take his word as gospel despite zero evidence.

Let's accept his slur on Cavan players and don't bother asking him the following question. . .

Has Sean an opinion on the Tyrone minors being fed information about the death of an opponent's father, and then using that information to sledge the opponent in a championship game

Just a couple of points to bring to your attention.

Please read the report on the Tyrone minor incident. In depth investigation by the authorities found that incident didn't happen. Donegal county board agreed with decision.

You clearly haven't read his book. You probably read this on Twitter and lost the head.

He clearly states in the book he was no angel. Was involved in the dark arts like all other teams. He even provides examples of incidents with Michael Murphy.

Please read the book before commenting on it. Just because N.Walsh has been called out don't take it out on all off Tyrone.

I was at the match that day in 2005 and Cavan we're certainly at it and did insettle Tyrone. This was a year after a hard battle between Cavan & Armagh when marching around the pitch at Clones Cavan had one man sent off.
