Urney St. Columba's - Club Notes

YOUTH (An tAos Óg):
On Saturday morning our very own Mae Langan captained the Tyrone U14 side that played Donegal a friendly in Pairc Naomh Columba. A great achievement made even more special doing it at her home pitch in Clady.
Well done Mae.
Urney hosted it's annual youth awards on Saturday afternoon. Local All Star Cathal McShane was at hand to help with the presentation.
Each child was presented with a Tyrone Go Games certificate and a football.
The footballs were kindly sponsored by Shane Mc Gill and www.lucionservices.com
Presentations were also made to Under 16 Player of the year Shea Sweeney and Under 14 player of the year Conor Langan.
Shea and Conor also received achievement awards as they both represented Tyrone at U14 and U16 level.

Congratulations again to Shea Sweeney who was in Garvaghey on Friday evening attending an event recognising the Tyrone Under 16 development squad, which Shea was a memeber of.

AGM
Our AGM will be held in the Clubrooms on Sunday 8th December at 1pm. Nomination forms can be got from Veronica McMenamin and should be available online over the coming days. We would encourage as many people as possible to attend. This is your chance to join in and lend a hand and help in a small or large way to the running of the club.
