Páirc Uí Chaoimh made available to HSE

Páirc Uí Chaoimh called into action in this time of crisis.

Páirc Uí Chaoimh may be used as a Covid-19 testing facility after the redeveloped venue was made available to the HSE by Cork GAA.

Cork GAA confirmed today that the HSE are "considering possible uses" for the stadium which has a tunnel underneath its South Stand that could make the Páirc suitable for 'drive-thru' testing.

Croke Park is already being used as a 'drive-thru' testing centre and other GAA venues around the country could yet be provided to the HSE during this emergency.
