Louth GAA have sent their best wishes to Sam Mulroy who was stretchered off in yesterday's O'Byrne Cup defeat to Longford.
Mulroy had contributed 0-3 from full-forward for the Wee Coutnty before enduring a nasty fall in the 57th minute which caused a five-minute delay in the game at the in Darver.
It is believed that that the Naomh Máirtín clubman suffered a fractured ankle in the fall which is set to see him side-lined for some time.
Longford won the game by 2-13 to 1-10 with their goals coming from Pauric Gill and Andrew Farrell.
