Fresh from their All-Ireland final victory yesterday, the Tipperary hurlers brought the Liam MacCarthy Cup to Our Lady's Children's Hospital in Crumlin this afternoon.

The visit, which has become one of the highlights of the All-Ireland final weekend, went down a treat with the young patients and their parents.

It was one of the team's last stops ahead of their return to Thurles this evening. The All-Ireland winning senior and minor teams are expected in Semple Stadium at around 7pm with the Liam MacCarthy and Irish Press Cups in tow, with tens of thousands expected to attend the homecoming.
