SHC resumes

April 24, 2014
The Tipperary SHC returns this weekend and there are some fascinating matches down for decision.

The first round took place two weekends ago but there was a ceasefire on the local scene last weekend as Tipperary did battle with Clare in their national hurling league semi-final.

Attention turns once more to club hurling this weekend and there are a total of 13 championship matches taking place around the county.

Some of the highlight games include a mouth-watering derby between Holycross-Ballycahill and Boherlahan-Dualla at The Ragg and Templederry Kenyons against Nenagh Eire Og in Dolla, both on Sunday evening.

Elsewhere, in other intriguing clashes, Silvermines face Drom-Inch, Borris-Ileigh take on Burgess, Roscrea are up against Clonoulty-Rossmore, and Moycarkey-Borris are due to meet Loughmore-Castleiney.
