The fourth round of the Allianz football leagues threw up plenty of talking points. Check out who made the cut in our team of the week…

1. Rob Hennelly (Mayo)

Mayo’s margin of defeat to Dublin would have been far greater were it not for a string of superb Hennelly saves.

2. Seamus Lavin (Meath)

With three rounds to go, Lavin and Meath are in pole position in the Division 2 table following their six point success over Cork.

3. Brendan Rogers (Derry)

Rogers superbly marshalled the Oak Leaf defence in their 2-8 to 0-9 victory over Wicklow.

4. Boidu Sayeh (Westmeath)

Westmeath came from behind to take the Division 3 spoils at Laois’ expense and the Rosemount clubman was one of their standout performers.

5. Jack McCaffrey (Dublin)

The holders are back in the league final frame after their impressive showing against Mayo at GAA headquarters on Saturday evening.

6. Ciaran Corrigan (Fermanagh)

Half-back Corrigan sent over four points as the Ernesiders maintained their impressive Division 2 form away to Donegal.

7. Tom O’Sullivan (Kerry)

O’Sullivan popped up with a crucial late point as the Kingdom tightened their grip on the top spot in Division 1.

8. Tommy Durnin (Louth)

The Wee County are perched proudly at the top of the Division 3 table and Durnin was one of the stars of their win over Sligo.

9. Kevin Feely (Kildare)

The midfielder converted a first-half penalty as the Lilywhites returned to winning ways at the expense of visitors Clare.

10. Barry McHugh (Galway)

McHugh - who sent over five points - was prominent in the Tribesmen’s second-half rally which just came up short against the Kingdom.

11. Peter Harte (Tyrone)

The talented Harte was the main architect of Tyrone’s first win of the campaign and registered 1-6 (1-2 from play) against Monaghan.

12. Cormac Costello (Dublin)

The pacy Costello pick-pocketed Mayo to the tune of 1-4 (1-2 from play) in Croke Park on Saturday evening.

13. Conor Madden (Cavan)

Two goals from Madden sent Cavan on the road to a morale-boosting Division 1 success over Roscommon on home soil.

14. Conor McManus (Monaghan)

No finger of blame for Monaghan’s third defeat in-a-row can be pointed in the direction of McManus who didn’t go down without a fight against Tyrone.

15. Donal O’Hare (Down)

The prolific Burren clubman helped himself to a hat-trick of goals as the Mourne County brought Longford’s winning run in Division 3 to an end.
