It was a good weekend for the club as both our Intermediate and Junior teams recorded victories and our U14 team drew with St Michaels on a scoreline of St. Michaels 2-06 St Aidans 3-03. The Intermediate team had a 7 point victory over Creggs in the league in wet blustery conditions on Saturday evening.

The Junior team had a great win in the Championship away to Clan na ngael holding out to win on a scoreline of 3-07 to 2-06. It was a great team performance on a day that numbers were tight. Best for Aidans were Shay Galvin, James Donnelly, Niall Corbett, Ronan Kelly and man of the match Thomas Naughton. Conor Meares worked tirelessly when coming on to help St Aidans see out the game. Well done to all involved.

Fixtures

Our Minor team take on Western Gaels in the Championship this Wednesday at 7.30 in Ballyforan. On Thursday night our U14 team play Michael Glaveys at 7.30 in Ballyforan.
