Hard luck to our U-14 team of Kilmore/Shannon Gaels who were defeated by a strong Castlerea team in the Garda cup final on Saturday last in Boyle. Thanks to the players and management for their work with the team during the year.

Our 50/50 draw took place on Sunday night last and our jackpot of €744 was Kathleen O Connor. Thanks to Jenny Connellan and her team of sellers for their might work. Our next draw takes place in 2 weeks and Harry Reynolds team are on selling duty. Thanks to Colin and everyone at the Silver Eel for the food served at the draw. Our ladies club are holding an 8Km fun run and walk this Saturday morning at 12.30pm starting at Kilmore pitch. Registration costs €10 for adults and €5 for children, changing facilities will be available at the pitch and anyone who needs more details can contact JJ 086-1698082. A meeting of the Kilmore GAA finance Committee will take place this Thursday night at 8.30pm in the clubrooms.
