Junior A Hurling Championship Semi Final

Clodiagh Gaels 2-14 Kinnitty 3-8. We progressed to the Junior A hurling championship final after a comprehensive victory over Kinnitty. Things were evenly balanced as we went in level at half time on six points a piece. With a wind behind us in the second half we pushed on and scored two goals in the second half through Garry Martin and Jimmy Keenaghan to give us some much needed breathing space. We were nine points up with a two minutes to go but two very late goals brought Kinnitty back to within three points but the Gaels held on for victory.

General Meeting

We will be holding our general meeting on Thursday 15th September at 8:30pm in Killurin. We would encourage everyone to attend and contribute to the proceedings.
