Rhode Minors received  their 3rd set of league points last week when they received a walk over from Gracefield last week.

 

U,14 Leinster Champions 

 

Congratulations to the U,14 Boys Team of Oaklands Community College, Edenderry  who won the U,14 Leinster  Championship beaten Donabate Dublin on a score line of 2-13 to 3-06 . A special Congratulations to our Rhode lads on the team  Barry Coffey, Jordan Kilmurray, Rhyes Cleere, Shane Dunne, Harry Jones, Luke Spollen and brothers Aaron and Joe McBride. 

 

Offaly Minors

 

Hard Luck to Offaly Minors who were beaten by Dublin in the Leinster Championship last Saturday afternoon in Parnell Park by a score Line of 2-14 to 1-7.

 

Rhode were well represented with 3 players on the Panel :

 

Offaly Minor Captain Dylan Kavanagh, Anto Kilmurray and Dean McNamee.  

 

 

Strictly Come Dancing

 

There is less than two weeks to go to our "Strictly Come Dancing"  Field development Fundraiser to include installation of fence, ball stops, stand and walking path.  It will take place on the May bank holiday weekend Sunday 1st in the Tullamore Court Hotel. 

 

The Dance Practice is heating up and  I can tell you it will be a spectalicur night . We look forward to the big night ahead.

Tickets are available to purchase from the dancers themselves , Shaz Hair Salon and will also be on sale at the Rhode GAA  lotto draw in  Doyles  next Monday night from 8.30pm -9.30pm. .  This will be the last day leading up to the event with only a number of days to go..
