Cuala 1-23
Coolderry 0-12

Cuala booked their semi-final ticket in impressive fashion when conjuring up a 14-point victory over 14-man Coolderry in O'Connor Park.

With David Treacy on top form from placed balls, the visitors enjoyed a 0-12 to 0-6 half-time cushion.

Coolderry's task was made all the more difficult following the second-half dismissal of captain Brian Carroll after an off-the-ball incident.

Mattie Kenny's charges refused to ease their foot off the gas and Mark Schutte's goal applied the gloss to their victory.

The men from Dalkey now turn their attention to a penultimate stage clash against Clara of Kilkenny at home next Sunday.
