Na Fianna U16 Footballers were beaten by neighbours St Vincents in the final round of the Championship last Monday week on a scoreline of 4-13 to 3-05 which puts Na Fianna in to the B Championship Quarter Final. Na Fianna got off to the ideal start with a goal inside the first min when a free taken by Reece Seery was caught by C J Murphy on the edge of goal and he struck it to the net. Then Na Fianna gave themselves hope of comeback firstly keeper Conor Brophill made a great save to a penalty followed on 10 mins with their 3rd goal when a high ball in landed behind the full back line where Conor McGuinness found himself in the clear with just the keeper to beat which he duly obliged.
