Team news: Dunne and Higgins come in for Offaly

The Offaly team to face Carlow in the O'Byrne Cup today shows two changes from that which drew with Westmeath last weekend.

Jason Dunne replaces Barry Rohan in goal, while Kyle Higgins takes over from Aaron Leavy at midfield. There is no place in the starting line-up for Kilmacud Crokes forward Shane Horan who has become eligible to play for the Faithful County in recent days under the parentage rule.
