The Rhode GAA Lotto is the main source of income the club has and now you can play online through our website.  The good news is when you play the lotto online you are entitled to free draws, for example, pay for seven draws, receive the eighth one free, pay for fourteen draws receive two free and so on.  In other words, the more you play the more free draws you are entitled to!!

Sympathy

Rhode GAA express our Deepest Sympathy to the Jones Family on the passing of Christom Jones Tubberdaly whose funeral mass took place on Sunday afternoon last at St.Peter's Church Rhode followed by burial to the adjoining cemetery.

Christom will be sadly missed  by his loving wife Josephine, sons Sean, Christopher and Aidan, grandchildren, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, relatives and friends.

Christom a life long member of Rhode GAA club was an integral  part of the Rhode Teams of the fifties making county final appearances in 53, 54, 55 and 58 with success coming in 55 and 58.  His love of Rhode continued through his life following all Rhode teams as only up to many months ago Christom would have pulled into the field to watch his grandchildren play.  His Sons Sean and Aidan followed in their fathers footsteps in playing for the club with Sean also serving  on the club committee for many years.

Sympathy is also expressed to the Gorman Family  Edenderry formerly of Ballybrien Rhode on the passing of Bridget Gorman . Bridget's funeral mass took place on Sunday morning at St,Peters Church Rhode followed by burial to the adjoining cemetery.

May Christom and Bridget Rest In Peace.
