Patrick would like to thank all those who supported this fundraiser in donations to this worthy cause. A special word of thanks is also extended to 2 Ladies who made this fundraiser possible i.e. Noeleen Deery who set up the Go Fund Page and was instrumental in organising this fundraiser. Also to Rosie Mc Guigan who had the unenviable task of shaving Patrick's hair and beard. Over €7,000 has been raised so far and this is a great credit to the people above that were mentioned but a special word of thanks to Patrick for making this happen and also his family for having to go through the " Grizzly Adams" look for the past 4/5 months so well done to all.

Seniors: The Senior played their second game of the junior championship on Sunday last where they had a good win over Scotstown on a score  line to 0-14 to 1-03. This was a game where Aughnamullen were in control from the start. Next game is this Saturday evening at home to  Clones. This winner of this game will probably determine who finishes top of Group 2 so all support welcome for the boys would be great.

U17: The U17 team gained their first positive result of their campaign when they came back to draw with Corduff on Tuesday night last on a score line of 1-11 to 0-14. They battled back well to get the result with a final minute goal to the delight of the home crowd after trailing throughout the whole match and it shows the character of a good team which never gives up to the final whistle.  Next game is this Sunday morning away to Carrickmacross at 11am  whilst next Tuesday night they play away Seans na Mullai in Threemilehouse at 7pm. Best wishes is extended to the team and management
