Club Lotto

We had no winner of the lotto draw this week. The numbers drawn were 17, 28, 29 and 30. The lucky dip winners were Paul Sheerin, Castletown, Paddy O’Regan, Kingscourt, Leo Marron, Magheross and Ollie Burns. Each winner receives €30. The next draw will take place on Monday evening and will be for a jackpot of €3700.

Lotto sales

The Club will continue to sell our Lotto envelopes outside Magheracloone Service Station (Justin’s) on Saturdays from 11am to 3pm. The Lotto can also be played by contacting any committee member and envelopes will continue to be on sale in Justin’s and McGrane’s. Alternatively it can be played on-line using the link below:https://play.clubforce.com/play_newa.asp?ll_id=672&_ga=#Anchor  or by downloading the Clubforce App.  One envelope is €2 or 3 envelopes for €5. Thank you all for supporting our Club Lotto. We are always looking for volunteers to sell the lotto envelopes at Justin’s so if you are interested please contact Bernard Freeman.

Seniors

Our Seniors were lucky or unlucky to come away from Clontibret with a point last Sunday in Round 3 of the Championship. The game was there for the taking by both teams but when the final whistle went the shares were spoiled at thirteen points each. We have a bye this weekend and play Donaghmoyne in the last round of Group 1.

U11's

Our U11's had their first games of 2020 with challenges against Castleblayney and Kingscourt. Well done to all the players who showed great skills on the day and they all acquitted themselves excellently in both challenges.

U13’s

Our U13 teams both enjoyed home victories last weekend in very entertaining and competitive games in energy sapping conditions.
Our Division 2 team have a bye this weekend while our Division 6 team head to Killeevan for a 1.30pm throw in.
Training continues Wednesday evening from 8pm-9pm.

U15’s

Hard luck to our U15’s who were defeated by Killanny last Thursday on a score line of 3-10 to 1-07. This week we have a bye and will play again on the 20th away to Clontibret.

U17's

Our U17's beat Donaghmoyne last week in great fashion on a score line of 4-12 to 1-05. This week they have a bye and are then away to Castleblayney on Tuesday 18th August

Ladies notes

Well done to the Senior ladies who recorded a great victory over Aughnamullen last Saturday in the third round of the Championship.
The minors also had a great win over near neighbours Killanny last Thursday.
The U16's continued their winning ways on Monday evening with a hard-fought win over Donaghmoyne.
The U14's recorded their first win of the campaign over Aghabog last Monday week.
All in all it was a great week for the ladies teams. Well done all!
