Magheracloone club notes

Club Lotto

We had no winner of this week’s lotto. The numbers drawn were 3, 17, 18 and 23. The four lucky dip winners were Tommy Callan, leo Marron, Magheross, Lee Breslin and Cliodhna Kindlon and each win €50. Our next jackpot is for €1200 and the draw will take place in the Meeting Room on Monday evening.
You can do the lotto via the usual outlets and online at www.magheracloonemitchells.ie. Thank you to all our lotto sellers who sell and all our lotto buyers who buy, it’s much appreciated.

Ulster Intermediate Football Championship Final

They did it!! Our Seniors went down to Armagh on Saturday with silverware on their mind and they came back up the road with the silverware in their hands. A phenomenal performance by the whole team ensured Magheracloone were crowned the Ulster Intermediate Championship winners of 2019. Many talk of the team of ‘66 and ‘04 but now we have new kids on the block well worth talking about! Congratulations to the management team of James, Paul and Frankie, the backroom team and the players on such a historic event for our club. We now play the winners of Mattock Rangers and Mullinavat in the All-Ireland semi-final in January.

Come and join us all in the M Hotel on Friday evening at 8pm to watch the match with your fellow supporters and players.
