FIXTURES.

The semi finals of the Green Field Foods senior football championship dominate the fixtures programme this weekend, with the games being played as a double header on Sunday afternoon, reigning champions Scotstown facing Magheracloone at 3:30 PM followed by the meeting of Ballybay and Clontibret at 5:15 PM.

There are also 2 games in the back door section of the McElvaney's Waste and Recycling intermediate football championship, both, being staged as a double bill in Inniskeen on Saturday evening, Corduff meeting Doohamlet at 6.00 PM followed by the meeting of Killanny and Tyholland at 7:45 PM.

LEAGUES.

There are also a number of league games over the weekend, with Truagh meeting Monaghan Harps in the Shoe City senior football league on Saturday at 6.30pm in Truagh, while on Sunday. Latton are at home against Carrickmacross. Meanwhile in the Euro Tech Junior football league, it's a 2nd meeting in a week between Clones and Cremartin in the cup section, that one in Clones at 5.00 PM on Saturday, while on Sunday Truagh take on Rockcorry in the shield section and Emyvalel are at home against Eire Og at 6.00 PM. Sunday also sees the staging of the Silver Hill Foods senior hurling league final between Castleblayney HC and Inniskeen, that one taking place in Aughnamullen at 1:30 PM.
