A busy weekend on the fixtures front

This weekend sees another round of fixtures in the Shoe City sponsored senior, Monaghan Electrical sponsored intermediate and Euro Tech sponsored Junior football leagues, with all games on Saturday bar one, the exception being one game in the Junior football league between Truagh and Killeevan, which is being played on Wednesday evening next June 20th.

In the Shoe City senior football league on Saturday evening, with all games at 7 PM, Clontibret are at home against Ballybay, Castleblayney travel to Scotstown, it's a south Monaghan affair between Magheracloone and Inniskeen in Magheracloone, a local enough north Monaghan meeting between Monaghan Harps and Truagh in Gavin Duffy Park, while Latton travel to Carrickmacross.

In the Monaghan Electrical intermediate football league, all games at 7 PM on Saturday evening. Sean McDermotts are at home against Aughnamullen, Toome travel to Currin, Blackhill are at home against Corduff, Killanny are away at Tyholland and Donaghmoyne travel to Doohamlet.

In the Euro Tech Junior football league there are 5 games on Saturday evening, Corduff at home against Cremartin, that one at 4:30 PM, the same time as the local north Monaghan derby between Truagh and Emyvale in St Mellons Park, Scotstown meet Eire Og in Scotstown at 6.00 PM, with Aghabog taking on Drumhowan in Aghabog and Rockcorry travelling to Oram, both for 7PM starts. As well as the game between Truagh and Killeevan there is also another game listed for next Wednesday evening, June 20th between Drumhowan and Rockcorry in Drumhowan at 8.00 PM.

Next Wednesday evening, June 20th also sees 3 games in the reserve football league, Blackhill at home against Carrickmacross in division 2A, Monaghan Harps away at Clones in division 2B, while in division 3, Currin are at home against Sean McDermotts, with those 3 games all timed for 8.00 PM.
