Intermediate Final

Well lads head just about getting back to normal after Walterstown gave us the fright of our life yesterday . 28 years later here we have it , both clubs have it made it to the holy grail of the championship with both clubs have suffered badly in the past for one reason or another . My heart tells me we are better equiped for senior status but i know Kev Dowd will have other ideas. Lets hope its a good final with cilles pipping it again , Cilles Abu for 2016 , the double is on !

I will be heading to this game. Come on cilles. I was hoping that my first team would make the final, unfortunately the bracks were never at the races.

I think Dunderry have done well to get to the final. You just never know but I felt the winners of Walterstown and Colmcilles would win this competition. Also that fright will be good for Cillies.

Raging hot favourites Ollie. You'll be heading to Mornington on Sunday night I'd say.

cilles had their worst performance of the year in semi final (great credit to walterstown) but still got out with a draw and comfortably win in E.T.Dunderry peaking at just the right time and playing with great pride and passion after the awful tragedy they had during the year.Has the ingredients to be a great clash but i think cilles will have that extra bit of class and win this one by 4-5 points.Best of luck to both clubs who deserve to be in the final.

Both Cilles and Dunderry were probably the most impressive of the teams we played last season.
I think we beat Dunderry by 8 in the end but if I remember correctly, they had a man sent off with a good bit to go in the game and also missed a penalty. The margin was quite flattering.
We managed to beat Cilles on a rotten night in Duleek by 6. Even as a 17 year old, Conlon was very impressive that night.
If both teams play as well as they can, I think Cilles should win. But whoever wins, I hope they do their utmost to keep the Seán Eiffe trophy in Meath!

Best of luck to Colm Nally and the Cilles. The Cilles are the closest Meath club to the Louth border. I might venture out to Navan today.

Foolish elbow in the face to a Dunderry player.

He did what he never does at county level....he hit back. Pity we dnt see that aggression for meath. Cillies nos 15 worth entry fee alone. Pure class

Wasn't at the game but Conlon sounded class from just listening to LMFM. Really exciting player.
Why on earth would anyone want Biggy to hit back playing for Meath? Had Cilles lost, he would be carrying a lot of the blame.

Disappointing for him to be sent off so early in the game, did he not realise he was going to be targeted?
