Bective defeated Simonstown in the All-County 'B' League on Sunday in Bective on a score line of 1-8 v. 0-6.

Bective led 0-5 v.0-0 at half-time but Simonstown battled well and scored six points from play in the second half. Shane McGivney was Simonstown's man of the match at centre-back and there was also good displays by Daniel Byrne at corner-back, Ronan Smith at wing-back and David Gormely and Willie Stynes in attack.
