The memory of former Skryne and Meath minor star Liam Tolan lives on.
The talented 17-year-old was tragically killed in a car accident in May 2010, just hours after he had lined out for the Royal County in a Leinster MFC quarter-final against Offaly in Pairc Tailteann.
Yesterday in Skryne his parents, Alfie and Teresa, presented the Meath MFC Division 2 cup, which has been recently named in Liam's honour, to victorious Trim captain James Cullen.
Trim got the better of Seneschalstown on a scoreline of 5-8 to 1-6.
