Boys U13s Match Report
Sunday 14th of September

Slane made it 2 from 2 in the u13s Championship with a 4-8 to 3-5 win away to Dunderry this morning. Slane started with intensity, netted two early goals, and dominated the first half with Evan O'Sullivan having his best game of the year.
A few missed chances allowed Dunderry stay in touch with a goal on the half-time whistle. Dunderry closed the gap to 3 points a couple of times in the second half but a good bench and good fitness levels kept Slane on top and they finished the stronger team with Niall Carolan, Johnny McDonagh and Sean Martyn switching positions nicely to keep the opposition guessing.
Not the finished article yet but a good win on the road for Slane.
Next up is Ballinabrackey at home next Sunday morning.
Team:
Kyle Tallon, Thomas Tannam, Niall Carolan, Evan O'Sullivan, Johnny McDonagh, Nialler Carroll, Seanie Martyn, Zak Fitz, Eimhin Power, Sean Murray, Jake Harrop, David Woodward (Capt), Conor Forde
Subs:
Darren Faulkner, Adam Canning, Conor Nevin, David Reilly.
