Nobber and Ballinlough played out a draw in a tough uncompromising game at Kilskyre on Saturday evening.

In a low scoring mistake ridden first half the teams turned over level at the break.

During this period Nobber centre half Fiachra McEntee received a serious leg injury which necessitated his removal to hospital by ambulance.

Two Ballinlough players also required Hospital treatment.

On the restart Ballinlough took the lead but Nobber countered with 2 Brian Farrell frees and a Sean Meade point from play Ballinlough replied but once again Nobber through Farrell 2 and and sub Brian Meade 1 found themselves 3 ahead with 10 minutes to go

But Ballinlough we're not going to be outdone and fired over 3 late points to share the spoils.

Nobber had a late chance but it came to no avail.
