SUNDAY 13TH OF APRIL

Ratoath's intermediate footballers begin their championship campaign with a first round game against St Ultans in Walterstown with a 1.30 throw in.

TUESDAY 8th of april

Ratoath's under 16 ladies footballers take on Ashbourne in Ashbourne with a 7pm throw in

WEDNESDAY 9th of APRIL

Ratoath's ladies footballers play away against Walterstown WITH A 7.30PM THROW IN

THURSDAY 10TH OF APRIL

Ratoath's minor hurlers travel to Trim to play the local team with a 7pm throw in

THE UNDER 16 HURLERS TRAVEL TO Kiltale to play Kiltale in the League "A" round 1 fixture".
Meanwhile the under 16 league footballers play Moynalty at 7pm in this division 6 league game

Ratoath's under 14 footballers play Drumconrath/Meath Hill in round 7 division 4 game at home qt 4pm

Its the turn of the under 16 hurlers again as they play round of the A league against Dunboyne with an 11am throw in tab Sean Eiffe Park

Numbers drawn were 1,3,8 & 14. no winner...€50 winners were Colin Gilhooley & Pat O'Neill ( both Ratoath). Draw in clubhouse next week

'THE DANCE!'

Dust down the Stetson and polish the cowboys boots - keep Friday, 13th June free for a Country and Western night out in Tattersalls Country House, with a live band and food.

All proceeds from the night will be going directly to Ratoath GAA Juvenile Section, specifically to go towards the upgrading of the upstairs training floor.

As you are aware the Juvenile Section puts a huge amount of work into coaching players and looking after teams from the nursery right up to minor level and this fundraiser is vital.

Further details will follow shortly and tickets will be available after Easter. For those who wish to donate additional monies there will be plenty of sponsorship opportunities available.

CIC SAOR

The Corona Cic Saor (Free Kick) Championships 2014 will be held on "Saturday 3rd of May", i.e..(the Saturday of the May bank holiday weekend)

The venue will be Oriel Park Dundalk and 1st Prize is "€5000 Guaranteed"
Registration will OPEN i on Saturday April 12th at 11am

· The first 20 contestants to register will only pay…€50

· Register between Saturday 12th and midnight on Friday 18th April for……….. €75

· Register between Saturday 19th and midnight on Wednesday 30th April for…€100

· Registrations close midnight Wednesday 30th April.
The competition is a simple FREE KICK challenge open for "anyone" to enter (once aged 18 or over) from any sporting background - Gaelic, soccer, rugby etc. The Cic Saor is not a distance test, but more a test of accuracy and nerve, it has a very simple and easy to follow format. Contestants may only have to get through two groups to reach the Grand Final, where they are guaranteed a cash prize and will shootout for the Corona Golden Boots Trophy and a first prize of €5000.00.
