Hurlers on the look out for new sponsor

November 05, 2019

Meath pause for the National anthem before their NHL clash with London at Trim.

After a very successful year during which the Christy Ring Cup was won Meath hurling is now looking for a new sponsor following the announcement that the sponsorship agreement with Uniflu has come to an end.

Thanks were extended to Larry McGowan for all his support over the last number of years.

There will be a new football jersey design released shortly and it will be out for the Christmas market.

Budgets for the senior football and hurling teams are in process at present.

Westmeath native David Reilly (Clonkill) was ratified as a Meath senior hurling selector for 2020. Reilly is a former Ratoath hurling manager and will join new manager Nick Weir who was ratified at the October meeting.
