Johnny Henry Cup raises €4,000 for two charities

Miriam Kiernan from Meath Hospice Homecare Movement receives a cheque for €2,000 from Skipper Coyne, Liz Casserly, Kenny Henry and Packie Henry.

The Proceeds and Presentation of the cheques to both the Meath Hospice Homecare Movement and the Jack and Jill Children's Foundation from the Johnny Henry Cup was made on Wednesday night in Cortown. 

Miriam Kiernan from Meath Hospice Homecare Movement and Tracey Carroll from Jack and Jill were thrilled to accept the cheques which will be a huge help for both charities and extremely worthwhile causes. 

The tournament made a staggering €4,000 over the course of the Summer. A huge word of thanks to all who attended, played, helped or sponsored in any way...your contribution is greatly appreciated! 

At the Presentation last night was Skipper Coyne, Liz Casserly, Kenny Henry and Packie Henry.
