Trim senior hurling manager Neil Cole will be double jobbing on county hurling finals day.

The 2006 Rathmolyon Jubilee Cup winner guided his adopted club to a 1-12 to 0-9 semi-final win over Kildalkey at Pairc Tailteann on Saturday.

Less than 24 hours later he was back on the sideline helping Trim to secure a minor final berth.

His sons, Mikey and Joey, contributed 0-4 and 0-1 respectively to their convincing 2-19 to 0-5 last four victory over Boardsmill/Rathmolyon in St Loman’s Park on Sunday morning.

The senior and minor hurling deciders are penciled in to be played at Pairc Tailteann on Sunday, October 7th.

Then shortly after the minor game, the ultra-committed Cole - who was also in charge of the county minors this year - togged out for Trim’s 7-13 to 2-10 Junior semi-final success over St Peter’s, Dunboyne!

The JHC final - Trim v Ratoath - is scheduled to be played on Saturday, October 6th.
