Well done to St Fechins Senior Footballers who qualified for the quarter-final stage of the Intermediate Championship with a three point victory over Oliver Plunketts at the weekend.

 

Congratulations also to St Fechins Senior Hurlers who have qualified for the Senior Hurling League Final. They will face Pearse Óg on Thursday the 4th of August.

 

Good luck to St Fechins Junior Footballers who face Sean O'Mahonys in their final Division 5 League game on Wednesday night at 7.30pm in Beaulieu. A win would give them a great chance to get to the promotion play-off.

 

St Fechins Cúl Camp takes place from 15-19 August in Beaulieu. To register please go to www.kellogsculcamps.gaa.ie.

 

St. Fechins GAA will host its annual summer hurling camp commencing Tuesday August 2nd and finishing on Thursday August 4th. The camp will commence each day at 10am and finish at 1pm and caters for boys and girls from the ages of 5 to 12. Cost per child will be €20 for the 3 days and a reduced fee will apply for additional siblings. Parents are requested to ensure that children bring a packed lunch with drinks, sun cream and appropriate clothing for the weather including shin guards. Hurls and helmets will be available for children should the need arise.

Our juvenile fixtures this week start on Monday night when the U16 Championship begins, St Fechins face St Kevins away at 7.30. On Tuesday the U13s take on Cuchulainn Gaels in Beaulieu at 7.30pm, while on Minor Hurlers take on Lisbellew St Patricks in the first round of Ulster League in Beaulieu at 7.45.
