Our senior footballers are now on a three week break as the county team prepare for the upcoming championship.

Our form in Division 1 has not been great and sees us at the bottom of the league. Hopefully in the second half of the league we might throw a few wins together.

Our second senior side the juniors have fared better with a couple of wins under their belt.

At underage level our minors are performing well in the league. Under 16 and under 14 also are holding their own in their respective leagues.

Underage training continues every Thursday for 7 to 11 years of age at 6.30 in the field with large numbers attending.

The nursery also continues every Saturday at 5p.m. on the all weather pitch for 4,5 and 6 year olds.

 

Dundalk Gaels Astro Tournament takes place 16th May. There is a minimum squad of 8 allowed with an entry fee of 100 euro per team. Closing date is Wednesday 13th May.

There are cash prizes for winners and lunch and refreshments will be provided for all teams participating on the day.

There will be a presentation on the night in Courtneys with raffles for signed top soccer and rugby jerseys from across the world.

The club would also like to pass on condolences to the Forde Family on the passing of their father Sean. Ritchie, Oige and Neil played all their football from underage to senior with the club and were also mentors of underage teams. Ar dheis go raibh anam..
